As we waited for the completion of our new build home and couldn’t confirm an exact date for our flooring installation, Flooring Projects were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They had a clear plan of action, from levelling the concrete floor left by the builders to adding a damp-proof membrane and screed to ensure a perfect finish. Even at this stage, it already looked cleaner and more professional!

We had an idea of the colours and styles we wanted, but visiting the showroom and seeing all the options in person made such a difference. Being able to take home samples and see them in different lighting was so helpful. We chose Habitana Blushed Ash, as its mix of neutral beige and darker tones meant we could complement it with different furnishings over time. The team’s expert advice on laying the planks at a 45° angle with a border really made the design stand out. They also suggested adding a feature strip between the border and main flooring, a detail we wouldn’t have thought of but absolutely love. Seeing the design through their online visual tool and in the showroom gave us complete confidence in our choice.

With a dog at home, it was essential for us to have a floor that’s durable and easy to clean, and this flooring has been exactly that. The warranty on both the installation and the LVT gave us peace of mind, though we doubt we’ll need it—it still looks as good as the day it was installed.
